Key Responsibilities
* We are seeking a skilled professional to screen CVs and applications, shortlist high-potential candidates for phone screens, and coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, managers, and recruiters.
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment deliverables within agreed timeframes, proactively raising risks and suggesting solutions when targets are at risk.
* We require someone who can provide timely updates, feedback, and advice throughout the recruitment process, ensuring seamless communication with candidates.
* This role involves processing offers, coordinating background checks, including criminal record checks and references, and supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
* The successful candidate will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, working collaboratively to strengthen the overall talent profile of the business.
* They will also work in line with our Capability Framework to develop the skills and competencies required for success in this role.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. They will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven recruitment solutions and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
* Proven track record of delivering results-driven recruitment solutions.
