This senior role focuses entirely on sales strategy and business development, with all event delivery handled by our operations team—allowing you to concentrate on what you do best: winning business and driving revenue.
What You'll Do
* Lead sales initiatives, campaigns, and direct booking strategies to grow revenue.
* Generate new business through networking, calls, appointments, and digital campaigns.
* Build lasting client relationships via account management, tenders, and contract negotiations.
* Conduct site inspections and represent the hotel at industry events and client functions.
* Collaborate on attractive sales packages and innovative products tailored to market needs.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to seize emerging opportunities.
* Maintain a strong sales pipeline with key accounts and industry partners.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales.
* Passion for networking and representing a hotel brand with authenticity.
* Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize effectively.
* Competent in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM/SAAS platforms (e.g., Agency360, Cvent, Salesforce).
