The Company
Our client is a market leader in the Environmental Solutions sector, with a growing portfolio domestically that provide leading scientific solutions for their customers. They have seen significant growth in the Australian market over a number of years, and are looking to increase their resources partnering with LGA customers so they can highlight the strong commercial benefits in their products.
The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a number of commercial relationships, primarily focused on continuing partnerships with a number of key distributors in developed market segments, and also looking to continue to expand our client's footprint into developing markets.
You will use your experience working with local government and groups who maintain open spaces (parks, gardens, ovals etc) to position our client as a preferred supplier to a number of these markets.
You will drive growth through developing a territory specific business plan in conjunction with the leadership team, and through executing this plan look to grow market share, identify new business opportunity and promote our clients brand across key market segments.
About You
This role could suit you if you have any/all of the following traits:
* Commercial aptitude, ideally with experience managing a number of sales or service relationships
* Exposure to working with LGA clients and an appreciation for the tender/supply requirements of these customers.
* A proactive, team-focused mentality
* Strong problem solving skills, with flexibility to work with a number of different internal and external stakeholders.
