We are seeking an exceptional Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the logistics department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of documents and shipments. Your attention to detail and excellent organizational skills will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage documents according to company guidelines
* Prepare and verify shipping documents (B/L, A/N, D/O, etc)
* Compare related documents information (Q'ty, Item name, etc)
* Inform issuing documents to relevant departments for ship-in or ship-out
* Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
* Prepare and collect logistics documents and invoices (e.g., local charge) and send them to the billing team
* Nurture positive relationships with colleagues
* Print and prepare Proforma Invoice, Collection Receipt, DR, and Serial List for Online
Requirements:
* Above High School Degree
* MS Office skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/suite)
* English advanced level
* Must reside in Australia
Work Schedule:
* 8-hour shift
