The Role
You will work closely with experienced Principals and Commercial Counsel across a broad mix of commercial matters, including:
* Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial legal agreements
* Mergers & Acquisitions (buy and sell side)
* Projects in the resources and property sectors
* General commercial and business advice
About You
* 1–4 years' PQE in commercial or corporate law
* Strong drafting and technical skills
* Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach
* Ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively
* Willing to tackle a broad range of assignments
