As part of our dedicated People and Communications team, we are seeking a skilled Corporate Media and Communications Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic media relations, communications, and stakeholder engagement initiatives to enhance our reputation, visibility, and advocacy.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in developing and executing effective media strategies;
* Strong media relations skills;
* Able to plan and deliver engaging stakeholder activities;
* Excellent content creation and communication materials skills;
* Able to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders;
* Ability to manage customer complaints effectively;
* Contribution to crisis communication planning and incident response;
* Support for company advocacy efforts.
