8.30am-5.06pm, Mon-Fri, 76 hours a fortnight

About the Role:
As our Roster and Intake Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in the smooth and timely onboarding of supported employees. You'll coordinate rosters, service agreements, and employment contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with NDIS and employment standards.
Based initially at Learmonth St for the first 3-months, the candidate will then have the opportunity to work across our Social Enterprise sites, reporting to our Employment Support Manager.
Essential Criteria:
· Experience with NDIS plans, line items, and systems.
· Solid background in administration or HR admin roles, preferably in dynamic environments.
· Strong communication, numeracy, and computer skills (MS Office Suite).
· Ability to build effective relationships with people with disabilities.
· Commitment to inclusive, person centred support aligned with NDIS principles.
· Must have: NDIS Worker Screening Check, full working rights in Australia, and a current Driver's License.
