Your new role
As the Retail Marketing Executive your primary responsibility is to assist in delivering insight driven strategic marketing plan and budget for a region of shopping centres to drive competitive advantage, brand consistency and shopper retention with the outcome of increased asset sales and traffic.
The Retail Marketing Executive is responsible for working closely with the Marketing Manager and Centre Manager to ensure continued enhancement to customer engagement, shopper experience and place management. Strong influencing skills and strategic ability will ensure success in your role.
- Assist with development of the annual centre business plan in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
- Assist in developing the strategic marketing plans and budgets for a region of properties to drive turnover and traffic growth

What you'll need to succeed
Cross-functional professional with experience in:
- Marketing communications and brand management
- 2+ years' experience in shopping centre marketing, preferably in a regional or multiple centre role
- Strong budgeting, financial reporting and reforecasting skills
What you'll get in return
