This assignment, will run until 31 July 2026, to support the project at this critical time. Reporting to Foti Comino, this role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to leverage their ServiceNow and business analysis skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The position supports a key period of delivery across the Government Shared Services (GSS) environment and partner agencies, contributing to business analysis activities that enable high-quality ICT outcomes. You will work closely with experienced analysts and subject matter experts across ServiceNow modules and other ICT platforms and services. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for translating business needs into effective ServiceNow solutions, supporting end-to-end delivery, and engaging stakeholders to improve service outcomes. Key Role Responsibilities Support the identification and documentation of business processes, user requirements, and system needs within the ServiceNow environment under the guidance of senior analysts. Assist in gathering and analysing data, issues, and user feedback to inform ServiceNow solution design and decision-making. Contribute to workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions to define business needs and solution options. Collaborate with internal teams to support the successful delivery of ServiceNow services and enhancements. Maintain documentation to a high standard and support continuous improvement across ServiceNow BA practices.
