About the role
As a Retail Team Member at Brumby's Allenstown, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting in the day-to-day operations of our busy retail store in Allenstown, QLD. This part-time position is the perfect opportunity for those seeking a flexible work schedule offering 15-20 hours per week.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting customers with a warm, friendly demeanour and assisting them with their purchasing needs
* Serving customers at the counter, handling cash and card transactions efficiently
* Restocking and maintaining the presentation of our bakery products and store displays
* Assisting with food preparation tasks as required
* Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards
* Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
What we're looking for
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
* Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently
* Reliable, punctual and able to work a flexible schedule.
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
