We are seeking a
Senior Risk Analyst
with strong expertise in operational risk and compliance. You'll play a key role in strengthening the organisation's risk management framework and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, particularly in relation to
ASIC guidelines
.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and enhance operational risk and compliance frameworks across the business.
* Monitor and assess regulatory obligations, providing advice and guidance to stakeholders.
* Conduct risk reviews, control testing, and incident management processes.
* Partner with business units to embed a strong risk culture and ensure adherence to policies and frameworks.
* Prepare and present risk and compliance reporting to senior leadership and governance forums.
* Support the continuous improvement of risk management systems and processes.
About You
* 2+ years experience in an
operational risk and compliance
role.
* Exposure to
ASIC regulatory obligations
is essential.
* Background in
asset management
is highly desirable, though candidates from broader financial services (e.g., wealth, superannuation, banking, insurance) will also be considered.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships and influence across a business.
