What you’ll do:
* Operate as a dedicated resource for an enterprise RPO account, ensuring reporting and analytics activities align with client priorities, service level agreements, and overall business objectives.
* Oversee data governance and ensure compliance with organizational standards across Avature and BI systems.
* Lead the design and implementation of reporting strategies and analytics projects from conception to delivery.
* Drive innovation by introducing automation, AI, and Power Platform solutions to optimize reporting processes.
* Support the creation of budgets in collaboration with senior stakeholders by providing accurate reporting and financial insights to guide resource allocation and strategic decisions.
* Provide leadership and mentoring to the reporting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives and present insights to inform decision‑making.
* Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure reporting aligns with business objectives.
What You Will Bring to the Role:
* Typically requires at least 5 years of experience in reporting or data analysis roles, with RPO experience strongly preferred.
* Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
* Experience with ATS/CRM/HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Avature, Smart Recruiters), with implementation in this space highly sought after.
* Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and analyze budget data, ensuring alignment between reporting outputs and financial objectives.
* Proven leadership and guidance skills, mentoring junior analysts and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Champion innovation by driving the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Apps) to optimize reporting strategies and enhance team capabilities.
* Demonstrated experience working closely with management or leadership teams, including exposure to decision‑making processes and strategic‑level reporting.
* Experience in managing reporting and analytics projects from conception to implementation.
* Excellent relationship management skills, with effective communication ability with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
