The Role
You'll be the key relationship manager across a portfolio of properties, working closely with owners, tenants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and strong asset performance. From managing enquiries and resolving escalations to supporting compliance and property management processes, you'll play a pivotal role in both client experience and portfolio success.
What You'll Be Doing
* Build and manage strong relationships with owners and tenants
* Handle enquiries across performance, rental returns, and tenancy matters
* Resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency
* Conduct inspections and coordinate maintenance
* Ensure compliance and manage tenancy documentation
* Support monthly reporting and financial processes
What We're Looking For
* Real Estate cert
* Experience in property management or similar
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Solutions-focused with a proactive mindset
