What You'll Do
* Build and grow a portfolio of Accounting & Finance clients across Perth
* Leverage our extensive PSA network and warm relationships
* Engage top-tier talent and connect them with exciting opportunities
* Drive business development with confidence and consultative flair
* Influence, negotiate, and build long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike
What You'll Need
* A proven background in business development (recruitment experience preferred but not essential)
* Drive, resilience, and a genuine hunger to succeed and earn big
* Strong influencing and relationship-building skills
* A commercial mindset and ability to spot opportunities
* Confidence, charisma, and a great sense of humour
