Job Description:
The role of Maintenance Training Coordinator is a vital position within the organization, responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs to ensure the safety, efficiency, and compliance of mobile maintenance operations across sites.
This key role involves assessing and maintaining workforce competency, mentoring trades personnel, and ensuring all training meets operational and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in mobile maintenance, heavy diesel, or mechanical fitting within a mining environment, as well as a strong understanding of maintenance systems, isolation procedures, and mobile equipment operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
* Relevant Maintenance Trade Qualification
* Minimum 5 years' experience in mobile maintenance, heavy diesel, or mechanical fitting within a mining environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams
* Computer proficiency in training systems, databases, and Microsoft applications
* Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement

* $12k residential allowance per annum (if residential and not FIFO)
* Up to $5k site allowance per annum (dependent on site location)
