About the Property Management Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily property operations. This includes ensuring properties are well-maintained and fully leased.
* Manage all aspects of property operations.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants by promptly addressing their inquiries.
* Coordinate maintenance, repairs, security services, cleaning, and other support functions.
* Conduct regular inspections to identify compliance and maintenance issues.
* Enforce adherence to health and safety standards.
* Resolve tenant disputes in a fair and timely manner.
* Maintain accurate records (property status, financials, contracts).
* Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing reports on property performance.
* Support marketing initiatives to attract and retain tenants.
