The Diabetes and Endocrine Ambulatory Care Centre is a dynamic, patient‐focused environment supporting individuals with complex and chronic conditions.

What you'll be doing
As an Administrative Officer Level 2, you'll play a vital role in keeping the service running smoothly while being a welcoming first point of contact for patients and families.

You will:

* Provide efficient, friendly front‐line administration and reception support
* Manage appointments, patient registration, waitlists and clinic schedules
* Coordinate office systems, communications and information flow
* Support reporting, statistics, ordering and meeting administration
* Work collaboratively while confidently managing competing priorities

Selection Criteria:

* Proven extensive clerical experience in a busy reception/customer service position
* Demonstrated effective communication skills-written and verbal with strong attention to detail
* Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Demonstrated ability to identify issues of relevance, sensitivity and confidently, and knowing when to escalate matters of importance and urgency
* Demonstrated computer/data entry skills specifically MS office email and iPM
* Demonstrated experience in working with multi-functional teams preferably within a heath setting
