This full-time, permanent role is based in Sydney with hybrid working options (2-3 days on-site).
You'll support the Personal Loans product team in setting clear, achievable performance targets, lead executive performance reporting, use data analytics to interpret performance metrics, and manage scorecards for senior leadership.
