Lead the electrical scope on complex, large-scale projectsVaried responsibilities across planning, design interface, procurement & commissioningWork within a high-performing team on a major pipeline of secured worksLong-term job security with opportunities for career progressionWhat You'll Be DoingManage and deliver electrical engineering scope from mobilisation to completionOversee design reviews, drawings, specs, and technical problem-solvingSupport procurement processes and subcontractor management for electrical packagesMonitor progress, risks, costs, and compliance across safety, quality, and environmentCoordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systemsWork closely with the Project Manager, site teams, and stakeholders to keep delivery on trackMentor junior engineers and provide technical leadershipWhat We're Looking ForDegree-qualified in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)7+ years' experience in construction, energy, oil & gas, or major infrastructure projectsProven track record leading electrical scopes in site-based environmentsStrong knowledge of compliance standards, commissioning, and electrical systems deliveryExcellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with project and commercial teamsA solutions-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in complex environmentsThis is your chance to step into a senior engineering role where your skills directly power the delivery of essential infrastructure.
