Where you'll be working

Based at the Institute for Maternal and Fetal Medicine (MFM) in Westmead, you will join a highly specialised tertiary referral service dedicated to improving outcomes for mothers and babies. The service integrates clinical care, ultrasound diagnostics, research and advanced training programs within a collaborative academic health environment.

What you'll be doing

As Secretary, you will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Maternal Fetal Medicine service, ensuring the smooth coordination of clinical, research and training operations. This is a pivotal role requiring initiative, discretion and exceptional organisational skills.

In this role you will be required to:

1. Manage correspondence, meetings, reports and executive support for the Head of Department and MFM team.

2. Coordinate staff rosters (HealthRoster), process leave, TESL and recruitment administration.

3. Oversee invoicing, Medicare billing, ordering and research
