What you'll be doing
As Secretary, you will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Maternal Fetal Medicine service, ensuring the smooth coordination of clinical, research and training operations. This is a pivotal role requiring initiative, discretion and exceptional organisational skills.
In this role you will be required to:
1. Manage correspondence, meetings, reports and executive support for the Head of Department and MFM team.
2. Coordinate staff rosters (HealthRoster), process leave, TESL and recruitment administration.
3. Oversee invoicing, Medicare billing, ordering and research
