Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing organisational development initiatives that support employee growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement organisational development initiatives that support employee growth and development
* Manage our learning management system to ensure timely and effective delivery of training programs
* Facilitate induction and ensure our team members are rostered into required training
* Work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions

* Experience managing a Learning Management System
* Strong reporting and analytical skills
* Attention to detail and ability to follow and maintain accurate processes
