 * Coordinate regular maintenance and repairs across Stadium facilities to prevent breakdowns and maintain optimal performance.
 * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that works do not disrupt upcoming events, prioritizing communication and coordination.
 * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and building codes, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
 * Provide timely updates on facility and project progress to relevant stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust.
 * Manage contractor relationships, overseeing access, inductions, work approvals, and service agreements.
 * Maintain accurate records of inspections, permits, and service agreements, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
 * Respond effectively to urgent facility issues, exercising calm and efficiency in high-pressure situations.
