Job Description
* Provide high-quality, timely marketing input and execute tactical plans that maximize brand value and growth potential.
* Analyse medical, marketing, and socio-demographic data to define product positioning, target groups, and promotion strategies.
* Develop impactful events, create systematic product launch strategies, and ensure distribution success for new launches.
* Establish processes and KPIs to track performance, report progress, and provide insights to key stakeholders.
* Efficiently prioritise resources and activities for marketing excellence while building a customer-centric marketing approach across teams.
* Support the Head of RLT in managing annual budgets and forecasting investments to maximise impact.
