Procurement Role
This role involves contributing to the sourcing, contracting and analytics functions within Property Claims. You will collaborate with experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
* Support procurement leaders by managing sourcing, contracting and supplier engagement activities.
* Analyse spend, supplier and market data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
* Maintain and enhance procurement tools, templates and SharePoint sites to streamline processes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement sourcing solutions that meet business needs.
* Monitor contract performance, variations and escalations to ensure compliance and value delivery.
* Contribute to category planning, risk management and supplier relationship development.
Requirements
* 5 years' experience in procurement/commercial/supply chain roles.
* Ability to analyse data and automate tasks using Excel macros or VBA.
* Commercial acumen and negotiation skills applied across supplier and stakeholder contexts.
* Familiarity with contract lifecycle management and governance frameworks.
* Tertiary qualifications in Procurement, Business, Law, Economics, IT or related fields (or equivalent experience).
* A collaborative mindset and desire to learn in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.
