We're seeking an Experienced Strata Manager who brings confidence, professionalism, and strong organisational skills to our dynamic environment. While experience is highly regarded, they would also consider an assistant strata manager who wishes to step up as a Strata Manager and start with a small portfolio.
In this role, you'll work alongside an experienced leadership team who are dedicated to helping you thrive. You'll receive ongoing support as you manage your portfolio and build strong relationships with owners, committees, and trusted local contractors.

Your day-to-day will include:
* Managing a well-organised portfolio of residential and commercial schemes
* Liaising with owners, committees, and real estate agents
* Preparing budgets, meeting agendas, and minutes
* Attending and chairing meetings (AGM, EGM, SCM)
* Coordinating maintenance and repairs with trusted contractors
* Handling by-law breaches and dispute resolution
* Mentoring and supporting junior staff
About You
* Previous experience in Strata Management
* Current Strata Certificate or License
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong attention to detail and time management
* Confident, proactive, and a genuine team player
Salaries are negotiable on experience.
