Responsibilities
* Customer Quotations: Complete accurate sales costings, variations, and margin checks.
* Project Management: Manage projects from concept to completion within defined time frames.
* Client Engagement: Handle direct client interactions with a focus on product optimisation and post‑installation briefings.
* Team Collaboration: Interface with fabricators, installers and suppliers for seamless project execution.
* Problem Identification & Resolution: Acutely identify and document deviations, implementing immediate corrective actions.
* Site Assessment: Get out of the office and visit sites to undertake check measures and undertake pre‑work activities.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess advanced skills in estimation and salesmanship with a background in the building industry preferred. Additional background in CAD design is a bonus and will be highly regarded. Technical proficiency, high‑level communication capabilities, and a rigorous approach to safety and quality are essential. Candidates must be able to work unrestricted on a full‑time permanent basis.
