What You'll Be Doing
As a Community OT, you'll play a vital role in helping clients live more independently and comfortably in their homes and communities.
You'll Support Clients Through
Functional assessments and ADL support
Capacity building programs in home / community settings
Home modifications and assistive technology prescription
Neuro rehab (stroke, ABI, CP, progressive conditions)
Client advocacy and care coordination across NDIS, Aged Care, DVA, and more
You'll work across a varied caseload including
NDIS
Home Care Packages
DVA
Private Health
Queensland Health (TCP & CRST)
Who we're looking for
Bachelor / master's in occupational therapy
Current AHPRA registration & professional indemnity insurance
NDIS experience a plus – but not essential
Excellent communication and a real people-person
