**About the role**
At Youi, we operate in-house media and creative agencies. The role takes charge of the entire creative journey, from initial ideation to bringing them to life through concepting and development. Collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders, partners and third parties, you'll have the prospect to develop and execute the captivating look, feel, and voice that defines our brand.
**Key responsibilities**
- Produce concepting and creative development for brand marketing and advertising campaigns across all marketing channels.
- Support the Marketing team to develop creatives for campaigns that drive customer engagement, customer acquisition and brand health metrics.
- Generate creative ideas for online and offline marketing activities that align with overarching marketing and campaign strategies.
- Meticulously set up all artwork in line with specs provided, style guides, brand guidelines.
- Be an expert in the brand positioning, platforms, voice and visual identity and ensure that the brand guidelines are up to date at all times.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement both within the in-house agency and Marketing in ways of working and feedback loops and drive the importance of in-house agency processes.
- Arrange and attend stakeholder meetings and ensure feedback from stakeholders is responded to within agreed timescales and in consultation with the Creative Lead and relevant parties.
**About You**
- 5+ years relevant creative development and design experience creating marketing communications across channels.
- Degree qualified or a relevant TAFE Diploma is desirable.
- Strong understanding of creative and design principles and assured design experience.
- The ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and have confidence in presenting creative ideas to marketing stakeholders.
- Proven experience in bringing insights to life from brief development to execution.
- Experience creating marketing communications across all media channels.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other creative tools.
- Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office products such as Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
