We are seeking a Project Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of our key capital works program.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the development, delivery and implementation of capital works projects, including full accountability for time, cost and quality outcomes.
* Engage with key stakeholders and form project specific relationships, to manage project outcomes in a successful and collaborative environment.
* Manage project procurement activities and participate in the negotiation of contracts and agreements, relating to the capital works projects.
* Lead, mentor and develop staff within the team.
* Provide high-quality advice and progress reports/briefings on capital works projects to senior management.
* Pursue, develop and nurture internal and external professional networks and collaborative working relationships to ensure the efficient and effective management of capital works projects.
* Maintain accurate records and comply with reporting and regulatory requirements.
* Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of accommodation solutions, principles, standards and policies, to achieve efficient and optimal use of premises and resources.
* Represent the organization at various committee and stakeholder meetings.
Essential Requirements:
* A Negative Vetting 1(Secret) security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
* Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a like or related field.
* Demonstrated experience in delivering capital works, including refurbishments and fit out projects.
* Certificate IV in Project Management or other project management qualification.
Desirable Requirements:
* Has contemporary knowledge and experience relevant to the role, including team leadership.
* Demonstrated understanding of government procurement policies and legislation.
Remuneration:
The estimated annual minimum salary for this position is $118,673, while the maximum salary is $127,101. The currency used for this remuneration is AUD.
