This Administrator role has part time hours, ideally 5 days per week with flexible hours each day that can accommodate school hours if desired.
About the role
Personal assistant tasks and functions
Answering phones and liaising with internal staff and external clients
Work with engineers to ensure administrative information remains up to date and deadlines are met
Word processing documents including proposals, reports and specifications
Invoicing
Organising meetings and site visits
Other general administrative tasks
About you
To be successful in the role, you will have a professionally assertive nature that ensures deadlines are met, data is submitted on time and outcomes are achieved.
Good liaison and customer service skills, phone manner and an enthusiastic, positive disposition will position you well for success.
