Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing and administering a 20+ year Facilities Management contract on the Cross River Rail. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, governance, and commercial performance of the contract.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and provide input on subcontract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with head contract requirements.
* Draft, issue, and track contractual notices, claims, variations, extensions of time, and dispute correspondence.
* Maintain complete and accurate contractual records, registers, and document control for audit readiness.
* Champion compliance with procurement policies and commercial frameworks.
* Provide training and guidance to project team on contractual obligations and notice requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant degree or qualifications in Law, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
* Extensive experience in contract administration or commercial management within major infrastructure, rail, defence, or other safety-critical industries.
* Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement practices, and commercial risk management.
