Fantastic supportive company culture that rewards those who go above and beyond recognising individual efforts.ResponsibilitiesMonitoring the integrity of inventory records and processes, including warehouse, customer consignment, and product specialist consignment, and perform tasks to validate and maintain inventory accuracy.Create, review and edit consignment notes with great attention to detailLiaising with internal stakeholders and customers for consignment requirements.Providing support to the Operations team to ensure all relevant consignment paperwork is accurately prepared and actioned in a timely manner.Accurate Data Entry - Provide administrative support to the Operations, Administration and Management team.Skills & ExperienceAdministration experience ideally with exposure or understanding of either transport/storage/hire or auction industry.High attention to detailBasic photographyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficient in use of Microsoft Office suite of programsWillingness to learn and progressTo be successful in this position you will need to possess:Physically fit with a strong work ethic and willingness to help othersBe willing to work in an outdoors environmentCan follow instructions and also work autonomouslyHigh attention to detail skillsTeam orientated mindsetDisplay a positive attitudeAbility to manage time effectivelyWA Driver's License (C) including LR,MR,HR preferred but not requiredExperience in operating various types of machineryOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
