We're looking for a talented and client focused Senior Associate to join our Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Sydney.
You'll work alongside experienced Principals, collaborating with a high-performing team of skilled lawyers.
In this role, you'll take the lead on a diverse range of complex commercial disputes as well as corporate insolvency and bankruptcy matters.
You'll provide strategic advice and representation to clients across various industries and jurisdictions, with the opportunity to shape case strategy and mentor junior lawyers.

About You You're a confident and capable litigator who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working closely with clients.
Ideally, you will bring: Over 5 years of post-admission experience practising in litigation and dispute resolution (insolvency experience is a plus).
Excellent drafting and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on commercial outcomes.
Strong time management and attention to detail.
Experience mentoring and managing junior lawyers.
A proactive approach to business development and identifying new opportunities.
A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in building strong client relationships.
A real commitment to excellence in client service.
