Responsibilities:
* Mentor and support customers in developing personal interests and skills
* Care for customers' physical needs such as toileting, showering, feeding, and dressing
* Administer medication according to individual support plans
* Provide handover notes and incident reports that are clear and concise
* Educate customers on independent living skills including cooking, domestic work, and social interaction
The ideal candidate must have experience working with vulnerable populations along with strong interpersonal communication & empathy ability.
