About the Role
As a Patient Liaison Officer in our Call Centre, you'll be the welcoming voice of Moreton Eye Group — supporting patients, coordinating appointments, and ensuring our clinics run smoothly across Caboolture, North Lakes, and Redcliffe.
You will:
* Manage incoming calls for all three clinic sites
* Schedule, adjust, and triage appointments within established guidelines
* Follow up referrals and ensure accurate patient database updates
* Contact patients who miss appointments and assist with rescheduling
* Work collaboratively with clinical staff, managers, and health professionals
* Provide compassionate, professional service to every patient, every time
About You
You're someone who shines in a support-focused environment and brings pride, care, and professionalism to your work.
You have:
* At least 2 years' experience in medical administration
* Strong understanding of medical terminology
* Accurate data entry and typing skills
* Confident verbal and written communication
* High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
* A team-first approach with the ability to work independently
* Professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to patient care
