**Clinical Nurse - Floor Coordinator**

**60 Hours Part time **position (can make up to full time with clinical shifts)
**Glengarry Private Hospital** in Duncraig, WA has an exciting opportunity for a **Clinical Nurse** to join our small and highly efficient team. We are looking for a nurse with a broad skillset to lead our amazing team as Floor Coordinate.
**About the Role**
- You will be involved with day to day coordination of 4 theatres, recovery and CSSD. You will assist with the development and provision of evidence-based clinical nursing, whilst working and collaborating within our multidisciplinary team.
- This opportunity enables you to act as a clinical expert, professional role model and change agent to promote practice development and quality initiatives that promote the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality patient focused service.

**Selection Criteria**
- Relevant registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- Minimum 5 years' nursing experience in a perioperative department
- Minimum 2 years' theater specialty role essential, preferable with Floor Coordination experience.
- Ability to ensure excellence in customer service
- Ability to assess, plan, co-ordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patients and/or department
- Knowledge of Quality/Continuous Improvement processes
- Ability to work independently & to engage and influence a team.
**Remuneration**:
**$99,405.54 - $105,615.88 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA Clinical Nurse/Midwife Level 2 gr1-gr4)**
