We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive corporate, group and MICE revenue. This role is ideal for a hotel sales professional who enjoys hunting for new business while building long-term client relationships.
You will proactively acquire new business, manage key accounts and represent a leading luxury hotel brand with a proven product with strong event facilities.
Job Description

* Win new corporate and MICE business; convert leads into confirmed bookings
* Grow a portfolio of Corporate and MICE accounts to achieve revenue targets
* Plan proactive sales with client visits, sales calls, telesales and email campaigns
* Prospect for new opportunities and re-engage lost business
* Build trusted, long-term client relationships that drive repeat business
* Partner closely with Accor Regional Sales and internal teams
* Prepare proposals, manage RFPs, and negotiate rates
* Showcase the hotel through site inspections and familiarisation visits
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role:
* A luxury attitude, emotional intelligence, and exceptional communication
* Proven success in hotel sales, ideally Corporate/MICE or Business Development
* Strong negotiation, conversion and relationship-building ability
* Commercial awareness and market insight
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Experience using Opera, Salesforce or similar CRM systems
* Polished, professional and client-focused presentation
