About the role
As a Multi-Site Manager, you'll lead multiple stores and store leaders to drive:
* Sales performance and margin
* Coaching cadence and accountability
* Consistent ROYAL customer experience
* Operational discipline through systems
* Local community presence and brand trust
This is not a "clipboard and KPI" role. It's hands-on leadership with real autonomy — you'll be in stores, building capability, lifting standards, and scaling what works.
What you'll be accountable for
1) Build a sales engine across sites
* Set expectations, rhythms, and targets that people actually follow
* Coach managers and sales teams to lift conversion, attachment, and margin
* Audit sales behaviours (not just numbers) and fix the root cause
2) Develop leaders, not passengers
* Turn store leaders into business operators
* Run consistent 1:1s, coaching plans, and performance conversations
* Recruit, onboard, and shape a strong bench for growth
3) Run "the business within the business"
* Make smart commercial calls (labour, stock, local marketing, standards)
* Use data and systems to drive repeatable execution
* Protect brand consistency while still letting great leaders lead
4) Own the customer experience
* Ensure every site delivers the ROYAL experience
* Keep service standards tight, clean expectations, and strong trust
What success looks like (first 90 days)
* You've built strong trust with store leaders and quickly lifted coaching quality
* Sales behaviours are tighter (not just the dashboards)
* Underperformance has a plan, and high performers feel seen and pushed
* Stores feel more consistent, more profitable, and more "King IT"
What we're looking for (must-have)
* Demonstrated experience leading multiple sites (or equivalent multi-location leadership)
* Strong ability to sell and to coach/manage salespeople
* Commercial acumen: you understand margin, labour, and how to scale performance
* Comfortable operating inside an existing system — and improving it
* Energy to be hands-on in store when required (without becoming the bottleneck)
* High standards, direct communication, and follow-through

* Franchise / multi-site ownership background
* Exposure to retail tech, telco, or service-based retail
* Experience implementing process, scorecards, and coaching frameworks
