About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and organised Administration Officer to join our Hobart Depot.
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone eager to build a career in the logistics and transport industry.
You'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly — supporting the team, managing documentation, and ensuring our day-to-day transport and warehouse activities are efficient, safe, and customer-focused.
With exposure to multiple areas of the business, this role offers great development potential for someone ready to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
* Support daily coordination of transport and warehouse operations.
* Assist with labour planning, scheduling, and timesheet processing.
* Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with safety and operational standards.
* Liaise with customers, local community partners, and internal teams to meet service expectations.
* Ensure timely handling of freight and related documentation.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, processes, and customer service delivery.
* Help ensure compliance with WHS, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), and other regulatory requirements.
* Support site inductions, safety training, and record keeping.
* Report and elevate safety or compliance concerns promptly.
* Maintain accurate records and assist with KPI tracking, budget monitoring, and general administrative duties.
