The Lorian Group have partnered with a well-established commercial builder delivering projects across education, health, community and industrial sectors throughout South East Queensland.
The business focuses on projects up to $15m and has a strong pipeline of commercial work in construct only, ECI, and D&C spaces. They have a steady workflow, repeat clients and strong relationships. They are now looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team.
Your new role
You will take ownership of commercial build projects up to $15m, with the initial project being an education build.
You will be responsible for:
* Day-to-day site management and coordination of trades
* Driving program and keeping the job moving
* Managing site safety and compliance
* Maintaining quality across all stages of the build
* Liaising with consultants, subcontractors and clients
* Running sites in live environments with minimal disruption
What you will need to succeed
* QBCC Supervisor's License
* Trade background or relevant tertiary qualification
* Proven experience delivering commercial projects up to $10-15m
* Strong site management capability across safety, program and quality
* Ability to manage subcontractors and keep control of site operations
* Experience in education or live environment projects will be highly regarded
* Clear communication and a practical, solutions-focused mindset
