Role Overview
Senior Project Officer – full‐time or part‐time, permanent or fixed‐term, with vacancies expected until the end of April 2027.
As a member of the schools' team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the Kaartdijin solution is ready for schools to use.
Responsibilities
* Provide specialist advice to prepare the solution for deployment and implementation into secondary schools, with an emphasis on timetabling.
* Advise training and deployment teams to inform planning and materials.
* Support schools and department business units.
* Conduct investigations and analyses of complex issues related to solution configuration.
* Maintain a focus on customer service delivery and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Extensive knowledge of school processes, including enrolment, attendance, pastoral care, teacher absence and timetabling.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities.
* Comprehensive understanding of enrolment policies, attendance policies, DOE systems and timetabling (advantageous).
* Demonstrated experience in project management, managing timelines and resources.
* Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
* Capacity to provide leadership and a customer‐focused service.
