Desktop Support Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate various activities, from simple tasks to complex plans.
This role involves providing onsite/on-call assistance to end-users within our organization's desktop computing environment, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a well-organized and highly detail-oriented approach.
Key responsibilities include:
* Troubleshoot computer OS/peripherals issues
* Perform hardware/software installation (understanding of deployment tools like SCCM)
* Maintain basic knowledge of SOE and group policies
* Provide printer support
* Install and troubleshoot MS Office tools
* Deliver excellent customer service and possess strong people skills
In addition to technical skills, we require the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and exhibit a self-starting attitude, motivated to push the limits and think outside the box.
A minimum of one year of relevant experience is preferred, but freshers and IT students are also welcome to apply.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of infrastructure support, Microsoft Office applications, PC Laptop hardware, and PC Laptop peripherals, including printers.
We require at least two of the following qualifications:
* PC Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification
* CompTIA A+ Certification
* Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area
* Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification
