About This Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving top-line growth of our home care services in Brisbane and the surrounding area. You'll meet prospective clients in their homes, understand their care needs, and guide them through the decision to choose The CareSide. You'll work exclusively with pre-qualified inbound leads—no cold calling or prospecting required.
This is a consultative sales role where clarity, patience, and empathy are critical. You'll report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with our marketing and care teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities
* Meet prospective clients in their homes to understand their needs and present The CareSide's services
* Manage a pipeline of qualified leads and maintain accurate CRM records
* Consistently hit or exceed monthly sales targets
* Handle objections and guide clients through the decision-making process
* Follow up with prospects and their families to progress and close opportunities
* Work with the Sales Manager to continuously improve your approach through coaching and training
Your Background
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and self-motivated. Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is beneficial but not required. You should possess:
* Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
* A desire to learn and continuously improve
* Strong work ethic and persistence
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
Compensation:
$60,000-$70,000 base / $85,000 OTE
