Key Responsibilities
 * Digital System Management: Manage digital systems, databases and scheduling platforms to ensure seamless operations.
 * Co-ordination and Logistics: Co-ordinate diaries, virtual meetings and leadership logistics with professionalism and efficiency.
 * Communication and Support: Provide administrative support to staff, including triaging calls, inboxes and correspondence.
 * Onboarding and Induction: Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new staff members.
 * Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports, documents and presentations to a high standard.
Requirements
 * A minimum of 2 years' experience in administration or office coordination roles.
 * Strong organisational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
 * Proactive communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams.
 * A self-motivated approach, comfortable working remotely.
