We're seeking an ambitious Food and Beverage Marketing Manager who can develop and execute compelling marketing plans to drive engagement and increase foot traffic at our venues.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Narrative:
* Develop and execute strategic seasonal and annual marketing plans in collaboration with our Director of Marketing—ensuring each venue tells its own unique story, while echoing our brand values.
Create Moments Worth Talking About:
Dream up and deliver engaging in-house events, from wine tastings to live music performances. Partner with Melbourne's most exciting creatives—chefs, distillers, makers, and musicians—to build experiences that spark conversation and drive interest.
Live on the Pulse:
Curate content that captures the essence of our venues and guests. Oversee the social presence for all F&B spaces, and work with photographers, designers, and videographers to showcase our menus, talent, and community.
Amplify the Vibe:
Collaborate with our Director of Entertainment to promote live music, resident DJs, and one-of-a-kind performances. Build buzz across PR, media, and influencer channels—with the support of our agency partners.
Measure the Magic:
Track what works and what wows. Provide monthly reports on campaign ROI, engagement metrics, and venue KPIs—always with a view to improve, innovate, and evolve.

* The ability to be hands-on at events and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
* Aesthetic intuition and a high bar for brand integrity
* Fluency in Canva, content tools, and social media trends
