Lead Clinical Research Coordinator Role

About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead / Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to manage trial coordination and mentor staff at our Wollongong site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Trial Coordination: Manage all aspects of clinical trial coordination, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge in clinical research.

Requirements:
To be successful in this position, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences or healthcare.
* Extensive experience in clinical research coordination, including management of multiple trials simultaneously.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in electronic data capture systems, clinical trial management software, and Microsoft Office applications.
