A Territory Sales Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for building strong relationships with dairy farmers, offering practical solutions, and working with them to optimise feed strategies.
* Visit farms across your region to promote and sell our animal feed range and provide related nutritional advice
* Deliver profit and sales targets for the allocated region
* Keep up to date with industry trends and product knowledge
* Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and create sustainable new business
* Implement marketing strategies to maximise brand awareness
What We're Looking For:
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Sales experience – preferably in agriculture and direct to farm
* Knowledge of ruminant nutrition and farming practices (desirable)
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own territory
* Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
* Tertiary qualifications in a business/commerce related discipline desirable
