 
        
        What You'll Do 
- Own daily admin tasks: inbox/calendar management, document control, data entry, filing. 
- Be our systems champion : map and document SOPs, improve processes, and drive uptake of software (task management, CRM, docs, forms, automations). 
- Coordinate across teams, suppliers and clients; follow up actions and deadlines working closely with Director. 
- Prepare reports, templates and checklists; maintain accurate records. 
- Support onboarding/offboarding and compliance admin. 
About you 
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven with robust follow-through. 
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 (intermediate level), with experience using CRM systems and creating standard operating procedures. 
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home office space suitable for professional video calls. 
- Nice to have: Bachelor's degree and prior experience in administration/operations or process improvement. 
- Minimum 2 years' experience in administration, operations, or process improvement roles 
- Australian citizen or permanent resident with unrestricted work rights in Australia
