Office Manager/2IC - Medical Centre
Port GPs, the biggest and most vibrant Medical Centre on the Mid North Coast, is seeking an experienced Office Manager/2IC to join our dynamic team.

As the Office Manager, you will lead our support staff in delivering exceptional administrative services and support to our medical professionals and patients. This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive hourly rate for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Business Manager in all functions of the practice, including HR, Quality Improvement, Policy and Procedure maintenance, social media, and provider management.
* Overseeing the day-to-day practice operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
* Manage, guide, and nurture a large practice comprising 17 GPs, a nursing team, admin staff and allied health professionals.
* Collaborate with the Business Manager, Directors and other stakeholders to drive innovation and improve outcomes for our clinic population
Successful applicants must have:
* Minimum 1-2 years of medical practice management or senior reception experience
* Strong understanding of General Practice operations
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills with patients, staff, and providers
* Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Desired Criteria:
* Diploma Practice Management or Certificate IV or Higher in Business Administration/Business Management/Healthcare Administration
* Proficiency in software such as Best Practice Software, Xero, Tanda, and PRODA
* AGPAL Accreditation experience
