Role Description
This is a
contract, on-site
role for a
Shutdown Administrator
based in
Gladstone, QLD
. The role provides administrative and data support to the shutdown team and is suited to someone comfortable working in fast-paced, site-based environments.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining and updating contract and cost control registers
* Contractor onboarding and administration
* Reviewing contracts and analysing contractor daily cost sheets
* Basic SAP data extraction, reporting, and analysis
* Preparing reports and summaries using Microsoft Excel
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
* Confident communication skills and ability to support site and project teams
* Understanding of maintenance and shutdown environments
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Contract administration and/or procurement experience desirable
* Project or cost control exposure highly regarded
* Previous shutdown or maintenance experience strongly preferred
